VodkaNeft is a wholly owned subsidiary of Baikal Finance Group, specializing in two key areas of technology and operations:

Developing Oil from Vodka -- Vodka Neft
Developing Vodka from Oil -- Neft Vodka

We rely on the classified technologies developed in the military-industrial complex of the USSR, which are now reclassified as trade secrets. However, we provide a general overview for investors, as well as open-site tours in out state-of-the-art Beloyarsk facility.

NEWS

VodkaNeft will be listed on the London Stock Exchange under the trade name "RosNeft." We chose to do so in order to diversify operations and simplify Neft Vodka marketing, while decoupling Neft Vodka retailers from Vodka Neft refineries and distribution network.

TECHNOLOGY

Our proprietary processes are similar to (but much more advanced, cost effective and efficient than) those employed by QCM Research's Vacuum Outgassing/Deposition Kinetics Apparatus. Here's some stages of our vodka-delivery process:


Vodkafication Pump -- proprietary phiStone based oil-to-vodka transformer reveals internal, suppressed vodka-like qualities in oil	40-percentizer (40%-izer) -- burns the remaining oil, while injecting pure water of Lake Baikal and enhancing pure, hard vodka-contents.	Flavorizer/Soulifier adds desired flavors in fruit-scented bags. A proprietary Russian Soulification occurs at the final stage

Oil-based Vodka is indistinguishable from the usual vodka, In fact, the purity of our top-of-the-line Neft Vodka is such that we distribute our vodkas under many familiar brand names.

FAQ

Why VodkaNeft, and not NeftVodka? In Russia, oil companies' names traditionally end in -neft (oil in Russian). e.g., Sibneft, Rosneft, Gazpromneft. Since the basis of our operations is oil, we emphasize that heritage of our company in the name. Neft Vodka is our flasghip OEM product, marketed under other names.
